Join woodland wanderer Mary Verrilli and Distant Hill CEO (Chief Environmental Observer) Michael Nerrie for a gentle hike along Distant Hill’s beautiful trail network. Our 2-mile route will feature stone sheep fences, pollinator meadows, geology stops, and a floating bog — along with whatever sights and sounds the September woods have to offer.

10 a.m. to noon at the Distant Hill Nature Trail in Alstead. Exact meeting location will be provided prior to the event. Space is limited, and registration is required.
