Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, the new Eleanor Briggs Open Lodge is now hosting events large and small in a beautiful setting that connects people with the natural world.

The Lodge includes three adjacent accessible parking spaces and two accessible unisex restrooms with composting toilets for hikers and visitors. The building can accommodate up to 250 people and is designed to support a wide range of programs and gatherings, including lectures, summer camps, musical and theatrical performances, weddings, memorial services, and community events. The project also features new pathways, an expanded deck, and thoughtfully designed hardscaping and native plantings, making it easier for visitors using walkers, wheelchairs, and strollers to enjoy the grounds.

We invite you to celebrate the official opening of this remarkable new space at a special open house and ice cream social. Enjoy a short presentation, live music, a scavenger hunt, guided tours, a gelato bar provided by Frisky Cow, and other refreshments. This family-friendly event is open to all ages.
