An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until Thursday, April 16, 2020
April 22 marks the 50th Anniversary of the first Earth Day. How is our planet is doing since that landmark 1970 protest? Join professors from Keene State College and naturalists and scientists from the Harris Center to explore a different ecosystem each week, including what’s changed in the last five decades, as well as thoughts on the future. From the earth’s atmosphere to its oceans, forests to wildlife, discover both the challenges and resilience of our beautiful blue planet. Thursdays, March 26, April 2, April 9, and April 16, from 2 to 3:15 p.m. in the RiverMead Auditorium in Peterborough. Snow date: April 23.
