Calling all animal allies, nature noticers, and outdoor explorers! Join Harris Center naturalists Ben King, Karen Rent, and Susie Spikol to let your wild side out this fall. Uncover your wonder, and let the natural world be your teacher. Birds, bugs, salamanders, chipmunks, seeds, butterflies – come discover it all. You’ll also have an opportunity to be part of the Harris Center’s new nature podcast for families, Wild at Home. Perfect for children ages 6 through 12.

This group meets Tuesdays, October 4, 11, 18 & 25, from 9 a.m. to noon. On October 11, we’ll make a special field trip to the Pack Monadnock Raptor Observatory to watch for migrating hawks. (Rain date: October 18.) All other days, we’ll meet at the Harris Center. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Cost: $100 per child for Harris Center supporters / $120 per child for all others

This program is now full. To be added to the waitlist, please contact Miles Stahmann.
