Note: This event was originally scheduled for March 11.

Do you ever wonder where frogs and salamanders go during the winter? Join the Hooper Institute and the Harris Center to explore the wild world of amphibians, just as winter turns to spring. We’ll discover which species live here in New Hampshire, their cool adaptations for survival, the spring amphibian migration known as Big Night, and how you can help these slippery critters right in your backyard! For families with elementary-aged children.

4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Hooper Institute in Walpole. Space is limited, and registration is required. For more information, including questions about accessibility, contact Greta Drager or Nikko Gagnon.

Co-sponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education and the Hooper Institute.
