Join veterinary pathologist Dr. David Needle to learn about the emergence of a new threat to New England’s American toad population, and to find out how researchers used tools such as electron microscopy and genetic sequencing to identify this new disease. We’ll also discuss why toad health is important and what this development might signal for toads, as well as other wildlife.

5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Harris Center. Space is limited, and registration is required. For more information about this particular event, including questions about accessibility, contact Susie Spikol.
