The Harris Center offers in-person events with the utmost caution and care for our community. We take the following precautions seriously, including for camps and family programs.

Registration & Group Sizes
All in-person programs are by registration only, with group size limited. In order to keep gatherings to a safe size, registered attendees may not bring friends or family who have not also registered in advance.
All participants are expected to maintain appropriate social distancing during Harris Center programs.
Masks are not required at our outdoor programs, except when physical distancing cannot be maintained. Masks are still required for all people inside the Harris Center building.
Knowing When to Stay Home
Do not attend a Harris Center program if you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms or has recently been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. If you must isolate, take heart: there is still plenty of nature to be enjoyed out your window, in your yard, or from your front stoop.
We are monitoring COVID-19 developments carefully, and may change these protocols as more information becomes available. In the meantime, we very much look forward to exploring nearby nature with you, safely and in keeping with the protection of the most vulnerable among us. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. Thank you.
