What might beavers, hummingbirds, snapping turtles, and porcupines have to teach us about improving our own health and wellbeing? Join Sonya LeClair to learn more about living a healthier life, with lighthearted inspiration gleaned from the great outdoors. You’ll also receive practical tips on finding local hiking spots and taking actionable steps towards making healthy habits work for you.
