Sandy (she/her) has been living in Peterborough with her husband, Ronnie, since 1987. A former CPA, she worked as the controller at SDE, Inc. and as the CFO at SoftLanding Systems, Inc. Prior to that, she had a private tax practice in Peterborough for many years. Sandy most recently retired from practice as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor.
Sandy has always been active in the community. She was a founding member of the Peterborough Welcome Team and has served on various boards, including the River Center, Monadnock Art, and ConVal Dollars for Scholars. She is currently on the board of Friends of the Peterborough Town Library and also volunteers for the Monadnock Area Transitional Shelter (MATS) and MaxT Makerspace.
For recreation, Sandy enjoys knitting, sewing, doing crossword puzzles, and daily walks to savor the change of seasons.
