Donta (he/they) is a junior at Keene State College, where he’s currently working towards a BS in Sustainability Studies and a BA in Spanish. He grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. When not in school, he is actively involved in campus organizations like the Eco-Reps and the Global Culture Club. Before attending KSC, Donta completed two full-service terms with AmeriCorps NCCC: Southwest Region.

Donta has always wanted to help others and plans to pursue a field of environmental study that sustainably addresses needs within low-income communities.

He is one of four KSC students who were hired in 2023 to conduct ecological research, assist with stewardship and environmental education activities, and gain specialized training and firsthand experience with many facets of the Harris Center’s work as part of our summer conservation internship partnership with KSC.
