Conservation Easement Monitoring Intern

Jocelyn Duffy pauses beside a West Coast waterfall.Jocelyn started out in information technology, but eventually the pull of the outdoors was too strong. She recently earned her B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Oregon State University and has been exploring different ways that people and the environment come together, searching for her new career path. She’s a NH Coverts volunteer, enjoys reading natural histories, and is interested in native plants. Jocelyn and her husband Craig recently settled in Peterborough.

During her 2017 internship with the Harris Center, she learned the lay of the land by monitoring conservation easements with our land protection and stewardship program.
