Lara Kazo

Conservation Easement Monitoring Intern

Lara Kazo is stoked to find a black racer!Lara grew up in New Ipswich, NH, in the foothills of Mount Watatic. Raised on a working sheep farm, she spent most of her childhood outdoors. This early experience with the natural world formed the foundation of her intrinsic love for wildlife. She recently graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Wildlife Conservation and Biology.

During her 2016 internship with the Harris Center, she monitored conservation easements with our land protection and stewardship program.
