There were forests, meadows, and farms nearby, and a brook running next to her home. An early memory of hers was finding eggs in the brook and watching their metamorphosis to tadpoles and then frogs.

Amy fell into the non-profit industry early in her career and has spent close to 30 years in the field, most recently for 10 years at the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

Amy lives in Hancock with her husband, Jim Callahan. She enjoys cooking, reading, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
