Join us to celebrate the opening of our newest art exhibit — a series of poster illustrations by Susan Edwards, with descriptions adapted from Kay Hurley’s text for their forthcoming book, Lichenpedia: A Compendium of Lichen Lore. During this special evening, Edwards and Hurley will give a short talk on their work, followed by an audience Q&A. Prints will be available for purchase, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Harris Center. This exhibit will be on display in the Babbitt Room through Tuesday, October 31.

5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Harris Center. Space is limited, and registration is required. For more information, including questions about accessibility, contact Susie Spikol.

Susan Edwards is a creative artist who uses various media to depict biodiversity and her love of people and the planet. She is currently producing a series of paintings spotlighting vegetables and the soil biome of a local organic farm.
