Join Susie Spikol and Marilyn Wyzga for a peaceful, moonlit ramble. Taking our cue from the Japanese Shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”) practice, we’ll open our senses through gentle yoga poses, deep breathing, “coyote walking,” and quiet reflection.
