Take the bite out of the bitter winter season by planning ahead for wildlife, healthy soils, and thriving plants with landscape designer, author, and educator Marilyn Wyzga. Whether you’re caring for lawn or garden beds, this Environmental Studies Institute course will guide you through how to enhance your site for winter wildlife habitat. We’ll apply the principles of integrated landscaping, taking our cues from nature. Come prepared for some time outdoors. Tuesdays, September 17 and 24, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Harris Center.

Cost: $30 for Harris Center donors / $50 all others

Registration is required. For more information and to register, contact Sara LeFebvre at (603) 525-3394 or by email.
