Join Dr. Lawrence Millman for an evening of stories from his latest book Fungipedia, an illustrated mini-encyclopedia of mushroom lore. Learn why humans owe a debt of gratitude to a deity called Fungus Man and why birds like woodpeckers depend on fungi for their nest building. You won’t want to miss this fun glimpse into the fascinating world of fungi!
5:30 to 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. To get the login details, please register here.
Co-sponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education and The Toadstool Bookshop, which will have copies of Fungipedia available for purchase.
