Long, lean hunters with a penchant for porcupine, fishers are one of our most misunderstood mammals. Although they have a rather notorious reputation in New England, many of the things we take as truth about fishers are in fact a lot of hype. How well do you know fishers? To find out, join Harris Center naturalist and avowed fisher fan Susie Spikol for a talk at Distant Hill Gardens on the second-largest member of the weasel family.

Suggested donation: $10/adult. All donations go toward making Distant Hill Nature Trail more accessible to everyone.

Space is limited, so registration is required. Register online here. For more information, please contact Michael Nerrie at Distant Hill Gardens by email.
