“Leaning into the Wind” Film Showing

7:00 pm
to 9:00 pm

Andy Goldsworthy in profile against a stone backdrop.

This captivating documentary follows British artist Andy Goldsworthy as he uses natural materials like stone and flower petals to create site-specific art installations all over the world, including right here in New England. Tranquil, meditative, and visually lush, Leaning into the Wind has been called “a work of art in itself.” View a trailer here. Following the film, join us for a conversation with John Weidman, sculptor and director of the Andres Institute of Art in Brookline, NH.

7 to 9 p.m. at Keene Cinemas, 121 Key Road, Keene. Free of charge, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Scully Architects. For more information, please contact Dianna Costello, MONIFF Executive Director, at (603) 522-7190 or by email.
