Join Harris Center teacher-naturalists Jaime Hutchinson and Karen Rent for a winter wander along the wild edges of the Shattuck golf course. We’ll listen for winter birds, search for animal tracks and sign, discover which creatures are awake, and find out where the others are tucked away during the coldest days of winter. A perfect way to spend a Saturday morning!

Meet at the Shattuck golf course parking lot at 10:30 a.m. Back by 11:30 a.m. This outing takes places on golf course terrain, with gentle rolling hills and field walking. Come prepared with snowshoes or ice traction, or contact us in advance to borrow some from us.
