Are you curious about who’s been wandering your woodlands and meadows? Do you want to know more about the lives of our local wild mammals? Explore the ancient skill of animal tracking in this four-part course with Harris Center naturalist and mammal expert Susie Spikol. Each week, we’ll search the Harris Center grounds for mammal evidence — including tracks, scat, and feeding sign – and, together, interpret our findings.

This group meets Wednesdays, January 24 & 31 and February 7 & 14, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Harris Center.

Cost: $80 for Harris Center supporters / $100 for all others.

Space is limited, and registration is required. For questions about registration, please contact Audrey Dunn.

For general information about Harris Center field trips, see our Outings Information page. For questions about this particular outing, including questions about accessibility, or to borrow snowshoes or spikes, contact Susie.

Our Environmental Studies Institute (ESI) programs are designed for adults with a passion for lifelong learning.
