Come explore the edges of Norway Pond with Harris Center naturalist Susie Spikol! Using long-handled dip nets, kitchen strainers, and buckets, we’ll search for dragonfly nymphs, whirligig beetles, and caddisfly larvae. We might even hum to a snail, hold a frog, or find a stinkpot turtle. Great fun for families. Meet at 4 p.m. at the Norway Pond beach, off Main Street in Hancock. Done by 5 p.m. For more information, please contact Susie at (603) 525-3394 or by email.
Co-sponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education and the Norway Pond Commission.
