Grace (she/her) is a current student at Keene State College, where she is pursuing a BS in Sustainability. Her undergraduate journey began with a year at Appalachian State University in North Carolina, where she studied design before transferring to focus on her passion for the environment. She is originally from a small town in upstate New York and spent most of her summers at her family’s
cabin in the Adirondack Park, where she developed a love for nature and the outdoors.
In her free time, Grace enjoys downhill skiing in the winter and fishing with her dad, paddle boarding, and hiking during the warmer months. After graduation, she plans to keep an open mind and is excited to explore opportunities in the conservation field wherever they may lead.
Grace is one of four KSC students who were hired in 2025 to conduct ecological research, assist with stewardship and environmental education activities, and gain specialized training and firsthand experience with many facets of the Harris Center’s work as part of our summer conservation internship partnership with KSC.
