COVID-19 UPDATE: The Harris Center has canceled or postponed all in-person programs and events through at least June 15. The Harris Center building will also be closed to visitors until June 15. Our trails and grounds remain open.
Morning registration and the keynote address will take place in the Mabel Brown Room of the Young Student Center at Keene State College. After the keynote, all conference activities will take place on the first floor of KSC’s Putnam Science Center. Please see the conference schedule for location information for each session.
Parking & Directions
Conference attendees are welcome to park on-campus during the conference. The nearest parking lots are the Student Center and Science Lots, which are both accessed via Winchester Street, as seen on this campus map. Important note: the best GPS address to use for the Student Center is 24 Madison Street, Keene.
Food & Drink
The conference fee includes morning coffee, juice, and pastries, as well as afternoon coffee. To keep registration fees low, lunch is not included. Please bring a bag lunch, or plan to purchase lunch at the KSC Student Center or one of many nearby, off-campus restaurants.
To minimize waste, we will not be serving bottled water. We encourage attendees to bring a refillable water bottle; filtered water refilling stations and water fountains are available in both the Student Center and Science Center.
Accessible parking is available in both the Science and Student Center lots. Accessible and gender-neutral bathrooms are available in both the Science and Student Centers, and both buildings have elevators and push-button-activated door controls. Microphones will be used for the keynote and all oral presentations. In addition, a “mother’s room” is available for nursing mothers or others who need a quiet, private space.
