Join us to celebrate the publication of the newest anthology of the Writing the Land project, Channels, which features two beloved Harris Center-protected properties, the Hiroshi Land and Kulish Ledges. Featured local poets Alice B. Fogel and Henry Walters will read selections from the book, and then we’ll have an open discussion about the necessary beauty of natural places, and about your own thoughts and memories of visiting Hiroshi and Kulish Ledges.

After the presentation, we’ll celebrate these lands and poets with homemade pie! Channels will be available for purchase, with a portion of sales donated to the Harris Center.

7 to 8 p.m. at the Harris Center. Space is limited, and registration is required. For more information, including questions about accessibility, contact Susie Spikol.

Co-sponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education and the Hancock Town Library.
