Join avid hikers and naturalists Phil Brown and Tom Eid for a 3-mile walk-and-talk at the Loverens Mill Cedar Swamp Preserve in Antrim, where we’ll learn about the cultural history of Loverens Mill and explore a rare boreal white cedar swamp. Along the way, we’ll visit an old mill site, discover glacial erratic boulders and debris fields, traverse stone walls, and enjoy riverside wetlands within a lush forest. Bring a snack and plenty of water, and dress for the weather.

Meet at 9:30 a.m. at the Loverens Mill Cedar Swamp trailhead on Loverens Mill Road in Antrim. Back by noon. Space is limited, and registration is full.
