Join us for this five-part series on the natural history of New England’s most iconic season. Discover how changing light and temperatures signal the natural world to prepare for winter’s cold. Learn to find, recognize, and understand the signposts of autumn, and explore the science of seasonal change in birds, mammals, insects, trees, and fungi. Speakers will include Harris Center naturalists and ecologists Phil Brown, Jenna Spear, Jeremy Wilson, John Benjamin, and Susie Spikol.

Fridays, September 11, 18 & 25 and October 2 & 9, from 10 to 11 a.m. via Zoom. To register, please fill out this online form, and we’ll be in touch with Zoom login info.
