It’s a marvelous night for a moon bath, with the stars up above in your eyes! Join Susie Spikol and Marilyn Wyzga for a moonlit ramble across fields, along edges, and into the woods. Taking our cue from the Japanese Shinrin-yoku (“Forest Bathing”) practice, we’ll open our senses through gentle yoga poses, deep breathing, “coyote walking,” and quiet reflection. Come experience the moonlight. Bring snowshoes, and dress for winter weather.

7 to 8 p.m. at the Harris Center. For more information or to reserve a pair of snowshoes, please contact Susie at (603) 525-3394 or by email.
