Let the plants, garden designs, and gardeners inspire you as you wander around four stunning private Monadnock Region gardens. Visit Michael and Betsy Gordon’s third-of-an-acre terrace, Paul Tuller’s tranquil Japanese-inspired landscape, Skatutakee Farm’s historic home and ever-evolving garden design, and Bill and Eileen Elliott’s off-the-grid plant paradise. This self-guided tour concludes with a two-hour Digging Deeper talk and tour with the Elliotts, who will share how their extensive gardens provide their food — and how they’ve spent a lifetime collecting and cultivating plants from around the world.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Dublin, Peterborough, and Hancock. Space is limited, and tickets are required for each location through the Garden Conservancy. Cost: $10 per garden for non-members / $30-$40 for Digging Deeper. For additional questions please contact Susie Spikol.

About the Monadnock Gardening Weekend

This event is part of the Monadnock Gardening Weekend series—a three-day celebration of gardens as places of restoration, creativity, and connection! Through shared meals, thoughtful conversation with leading garden writers and thinkers, and behind-the-scenes access to extraordinary private gardens, this series invites gardeners and plant lovers to slow down, exchange ideas, and find inspiration.
