Are you a tween or teen with an interest in birds and birding? Join a growing movement of young adults who are learning to recognize birds and their calls while building community with other young birders as part of The Kestrels Young Birders Club! In April, The Kestrels will join Harris Center naturalist Susie Spikol and Bird Conservation Director Phil Brown to scan the skies for migrating raptors from Pitcher Mountain. Don’t miss this opportunity to grow your skills and connect with other wildlife fans. For students in grades 5 through 12. Free of charge.

10 a.m. to noon at Pitcher Mountain in Stoddard. Space is limited, and registration is full. Directions to the exact meeting location will be provided prior to the event. For general information about Harris Center field trips, see our Outings Information page. For more information about this particular outing, including questions about accessibility, contact Susie.
