Join Kathy Schillemat and other nature enthusiasts for a morning paddle down the North Branch of the Contoocook River, leaving from Robb Reservoir in Stoddard. This section of river is surrounded by Harris Center-conserved land, so this should be a good opportunity for seeing wildlife, including herons, waterfowl, turtles, and maybe even moose.

Meet at 7 a.m. at the Robb Reservoir parking area off Keene-Concord Road in Stoddard. Back by noon. Bring your own canoe or kayak, paddles, and a PFD for each person in your boat, as well as plenty of water and a snack or two. Space is limited, and registration is required.
