Calling all rock hounds! Join naturalists Susie Spikol and Julie Brown for a rockin’ adventure at an old mine, where we’ll search for feldspar, mica, quartz, beryl, and other geological treasures. All children must be accompanied by an adult. For families with elementary-aged children and up. Free of charge.

10 a.m. to noon at the Chickering Mine in Walpole. Directions to the exact meeting location will be provided prior to the event. Space is limited, and registration is full.
