Shinrin-yoku, also known as Forest Bathing, is gaining popularity in the US after being practiced in Japan for decades. Through yoga poses, deep breathing, outdoor meditation, and quiet sensory observations, our revitalizing shinrin-yoku lunch break will help you catch your breath, slow down, and find solace in nature. Mondays, September 17, 24, and October 1, from noon to 1 p.m. at Shieling Forest off Old Street Road in Peterborough. For more information or to register, please contact Susie Spikol Faber at (603) 525-3394 or by email.

Cosponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education and the Peterborough Town Library.
