Tasting the Grade: A Guide to Maple Syrup

Join UNH Cooperative Extension Field Specialist and maple syrup expert Steve Roberge for a syrup tasting in celebration of sugaring season. Steve will serve as our “sommelier” for the evening, guiding us through the various grades from very dark to amber. All are welcome, especially those with a discriminating palate. 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Harris Center. For more information, please contact Steve at (603) 352-4550 or by email.
