Get to know the plants and wildlife found in and around Norway Pond during this walk with ecologists Jeff Littleton and Steven Lamonde! Together, we’ll explore the ecology of the pond area and learn to identify a variety of wetland plants and animals. This program is being held as part of the 2021 NH BioBlitz, an effort to get community members out exploring and recording species found on town-owned lands all over New Hampshire during the month of September. To learn more about the NH BioBlitz, visit extension.unh.edu/nhbioblitz.

9 to 11 a.m. at Norway Pond in Hancock. Learn more here.

This program is now full. To be added to the waiting list, please email Jennifer Adie. If you have any other questions, please contact Mike Gagnon by email.

Co-sponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education, UNH Extension, the Norway Pond Commission, and the Hancock Conservation Commission.
