SUMMARY:Spring Beauties of Partridge Woods
DESCRIPTION:Join avid hikers Kathy Schillemat and Rick Church for a moderately strenuous\, 2-mile hike through the Town of Nelson’s Partridge Woods\, where we’ll search for spring ephemeral wildflowers and other signs of spring along the well-maintained Ridge Trail. Bring lunch and come prepared for 600 feet of elevation gain as well as spring conditions\, including mud and biting insects. \nMeet at 10 a.m. at the Partridge Woods trailhead on Brickyard Road in Nelson.
