Shinrin-Yoku, also known as Forest Bathing, is gaining popularity in the U.S. after being practiced in Japan for decades. Through yoga poses, deep breathing, and quiet sensory observations, our revitalizing Shinrin-Yoku sessions will help you catch your breath, slow down, and find solace in nature. These gentle rambles will wake up your senses and give you a chance to reconnect to the natural world and to yourself.
11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Fremont Field in Peterbrough. Meet at the Fremont Land trailhead on Old Jaffrey Road, 0.5 miles from Route 202 at Noone Falls, just before mailbox #100 on the right. For more information, please contact Susie Spikol at (603) 525-3394 or by email.
