This new exhibit showcases Frank Gorga’s recent photographs of “odes” (dragonflies and damselflies) and “aves” (birds). The dragonfly and damselfly photographs were all taken locally during the summer of 2023. The bird photographs were taken on Star Island in May 2023, on a spring migration birding trip organized by the Harris Center’s own Eric Masterson.

This art show will be on exhibit from June 3 to 28 in the Thelma Babbitt Room, and is available to view during regular business hours. An opening reception will be held on Wednesday, June 5 from 6 to 7 p.m. A portion of the proceeds from all art sales will benefit the Harris Center.

For more information on the art opening, including questions about accessibility, contact Susie Spikol. For more information on the exhibit or to purchase a photograph, contact Miles Stahmann.

Frank Gorga is an Antrim-based wildlife and landscape photographer. You can see more of his work at www.frg-photo.com.
