Forest Bathing, a contemplative practice originating in Japan, is an invitation to slow down and use your senses to explore the wild world with intention. Join certified yoga instructor and experiential educator Marilyn Wyzga and Harris Center naturalist Susie Spikol to discover the immersive power of nature under this summer’s full moons. Recharge your spirit with this moonlit opportunity!

This Environmental Studies Institute (ESI) course meets Thursdays, June 20 and July 18, from 8 to 9 p.m., and Thursday, August 22, from 7 to 8 p.m., at the Harris Center and local field sites.

Cost: $40 for Harris Center supporters / $60 for all others.

Space is limited, and registration is required. For questions about registration, contact Miles Stahmann. For all other information, including questions about accessibility, contact Susie Spikol.
