Take a break from your desk and your busy world and let yourself find balance, inspiration, and relaxation through the practice of Forest Bathing. In these lunchtime sessions, Marilyn Wyzga and Susie Spikol will guide you through a series of gentle movements, sensory awareness, quiet reflection, and natural discovery. Reconnect with the natural world, and immerse yourself in the balm of nature.
This class will meet Wednesdays, October 6, 13, and 20, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Shieling Forest in Peterborough.
Cost: $30 for the entire series for Harris Center supporters / $50 for all others
Instructors: Marilyn and Susie have been forest bathing since the beginning! When not immersed in nature, Marilyn is an educator and certified yoga instructor who teaches people of all ages and abilities. Susie is a naturalist, writer, and Community Programs Director for the Harris Center, where she helps people make connections to the natural world.
