Recharge your spirit and reconnect with nature through practices such as Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), outdoor yoga, deep-breath singing, and moving meditation. Susie Spikol, Marilyn Wyzga, and other special guests will be your guides for these restorative mornings, which will bring you to local trails, meadows, waterfalls, and even a secluded hilltop cabin. Treat yourself this summer to this deep experience in nature! Wednesdays, July 10, 17, and 24, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Harris Center and local field sites.

Cost: $45 for Harris Center supporters / $65 all others

Instructors: Susie Spikol is a longtime naturalist for the Harris Center. Marilyn Wyzga is an environmental educator and certified yoga instructor. They’ve both been forest bathing since before they could walk.

Space is limited, and registration is required. For more information or to register, contact Sara LeFebvre at (603) 525-3394 or by email.
