Join Harris Center naturalist Susie Spikol for a pondlife safari on the shores of Norway Pond. Can we find tadpoles, salamanders, dragonfly nymphs, snails, mussels, and whirlygig beetles? What other wild treasures await? Nets and other ponding equipment will be provided, but you will need to bring your sense of adventure! Perfect for elementary school-aged children and their families.

4 to 5 p.m. at Norway Pond in Hancock. Space is limited, and registration is required.

For general information about Harris Center field trips, see our Outings Information page. For more information about this particular outing, including questions about accessibility, contact Susie.

Co-sponsored by the Harris Center for Conservation Education and the Hancock Town Library’s Summer Reading Program.
