It’s a beautiful night for a moon bath, with the stars up above in your eyes! Join Susie Spikol and Marilyn Wyzga for a series of peaceful, moonlit rambles across fields, along edges, and into the woods. Taking our cue from the Japanese Shinrin-yoku (“forest bathing”) practice, we’ll open our senses through gentle yoga poses, deep breathing, “coyote walking,” and quiet reflection. Come experience the moonlight.

7 to 8 p.m. at the Harris Center. Cost: $5 per class for Harris Center supporters; $10 per class for all others. Bring snowshoes, and dress for winter weather. Join us for one, two, or all three. For more information or to reserve a pair of snowshoes, please contact Susie at (603) 525-3394 or by email.
