Join Harris Center ecologists Brett Amy Thelen and Karen Seaver to survey for monarch eggs and caterpillars in a Harris Center-conserved milkweed patch in Peterborough. This morning of socially-distant citizen science is offered in conjunction with the International Monarch Monitoring Blitz, an annual research effort aimed at understanding and protecting monarch butterflies. No experience necessary!

10 to 11:30 a.m. in Peterborough. Exact location will be provided upon registration. Rain date: July 29. Come prepared for sun, ticks, and other biting insects. Please read our COVID-19 outing guidelines before registering to be sure this is the right event for you.
