This fall, join Harris Center raptor education specialist Kim Snyder to learn everything you always wanted to know about New England’s raptors! Find out why they have curved beaks, where they go when they migrate, and how you can identify them as they soar above you. On our last class, we’ll put our new skills to the test by participating in a hawk watch at a secret location.

This learning experience is for homeschoolers and remote learners in Grades 2 through 6. All classes will meet outside, and will follow the Harris Center’s COVID-19 outing guidelines. Masks are required for all participants.

Mondays, September 14, 21, & 28, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in Hancock and nearby towns. Exact location will be provided upon registration.

Cost: $55 for Harris Center supporters / $65 for all others

Class size is limited to 8 participants, and registration is required. To register, please contact Miles Stahmann at (603) 525-3394 or by email. For other questions, please contact Kim by email.
