Calling All Artists from Pre-K Through Grade 12!
As part of our 50th Anniversary celebrations, the Harris Center invites you to participate in our first-ever kids’ art contest and exhibit. Artwork should be original (no tracings or computer-generated images, please), focused on animals, plants, or special natural places in the Monadnock Region, and created on a paper or sheet canvas that is between 8” x 10” and 11” x 17” in size.
1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and Honorable Mentions will be chosen from each of the following age groups:
- Pre-Kindergarten
- Primary (Kindergarten through 2nd Grade)
- Elementary (3rd through 5th Grade)
- Middle School (6th through 8th Grade
- High School (9th through 12th Grade)
Art submissions are due on May 29, and must be accompanied by a signed permission form. An exhibit featuring winners from each age group will run from July 1 through August 24 at the Harris Center.
