Updates Aim to Improve Website Accessibility

Learn how to navigate our website’s new accessibility features!

The Harris Center is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, including ensuring that our website is widely accessible. To that end, we have made two updates to our site, both of which are available whether you’re browsing on your computer, phone, or tablet:

A teal circle with a white accessibility symbol in the center.

Look for this symbol in the bottom-right corner of any page on our site.

1) A language menu features English, Spanish, and French options. To switch languages, navigate to the dropdown found in the upper-right corner of the website and select your language preference.

2) An accessibility menu offers a variety of accessibility profiles and settings, which, when selected, alter the look and feel of the website according to a person’s needs (including settings for low vision, blindness & color blindness, dyslexia, ADHD, and more). The menu opens when you click the accessibility button (a teal circle containing a white stick figure) located in the bottom-right corner of each page of the website.
