Join ecologist Steven Lamonde for a hands-on, user-friendly introduction to iNaturalist, an online community science platform for documenting biodiversity. Discover how you can make important contributions to science while learning to identify your wild finds! Classes will meet at the Harris Center, and feature a mixture of indoor instruction and outdoor exploration. A computer or iPad is recommended.

This course will meet on Sundays, May 15 & 22 and June 5 & 12, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Harris Center.

Cost: $40 for Harris Center supporters / $60 all others

Instructor: Steven Lamonde is an ecologist and project manager for Moosewood Ecological LLC, and an affiliate professor at Antioch University. He holds a BS in Environmental Science from Johnson State College and an MS in Conservation Biology from Antioch University New England. Never without binoculars or a camera close at hand, Steven enjoys taking any opportunity to document New England’s biodiversity.

Space is limited, and registration is required. For questions about registration, please contact Miles Stahmann. For other questions, contact Susie Spikol.
