In celebration of National Trails Day, join local health coach Sonya LeClair for a 2.5-mile roundtrip, fitness-paced hike up Bald Mountain at the dePierrefeu-Willard Pond Sanctuary in Antrim. Plan for a fun cardiovascular challenge with periods of rest and fabulous views of Willard Pond.
Hiking Through Grief
Hiking in the healing presence of nature provides a unique and meaningful way to work through grief. This group offers a way to connect with others in a safe, supportive setting, and is open to anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, life transitions, or environmental loss.
Royalston Falls Hike
Join Denny Wheeler for an easy, 3.5-mile hike to scenic Royalston Falls, just south of the Massachusetts border. The trail winds through groves of rhododendron, which should be in bloom.
